LF: Hola Cristina gracias por invitarme a tu programa, me siento muy afortunada.
CP: Laura dime en que consiste y como iniciaste tu negocio en Los Estados Unidos.
LF: Si mira, mi esposo Richard Farrell y yo nos hemos dedicado al remplazo de cabello sin cirugia ya por mas de 12 años. Motivados por ofrecer una solucion a las personas que sufren de perdida de cabello, remplazando su cabellera en las areas donde se ha perdido. Y no solo es conseguir ese anhelado lugar o puesto, sino el reto es mantenerte en el; asi que no tienes otra alternativa que superarte dia a dia, para seguir compitiendo con gente que esta a tu nivel o muchas veces aun mas preparada que tu, luchando a su vez por tu puesto. Asi que cuando tienes que abandonar tu lugar de origen por los motivos que estos sean, tu te llevas contigo todo este aprendizaje, tu cultura, tus raices, tu identidad y ese espiritu competitivo que esta maravillosa ciudad te enseña a desarrollar. Y claro que cuando llegas a un pais como USA lleno de oportunidades pero a la vez tan exigente, simple y naturalmente te enfocas a ser la mejor en todo lo que haces y desarrollas en cualquier ambito de tu vida…. Ademas si te encuentras a una pareja con tus mismos objetivos, sueños y metas que te puedo decir… no hay falla, la union y el amor hacen la fuerza!

Esto fue una enseñanza de vida excelente para mi y me enfoco ahora en impulsarla con mi equipo de trabajo, con cada uno de mis colaboladores. En mi opinion no hay otra formula para el exito mas eficaz que lograr que todo tu equipo de trabajo comparta y luche por el mismo objetivo., que en mi caso se reduce a ofrecer un producto de excelente calidad y a su vez la satisfaccion completa del clientes.
